Great overall. Stating the few problems I faced:
1. Headrest. It was extended so much outwards that my shoulders was getting pushed away from the chair's backrest and wasn't getting any support. Had to remove the backrest.
2. Armrest. The locking mechanism for the arm rests going backwards and forwards is a bit too loose for my preference. It takes very little effort to slide it. If you're leaning on your armrest and by mistake put your weight little forwards/backwards, your whole rest will slide with you.
Everything is awesome just have issues with arm rest spread wide, any adjustments to adjust gap between arm rest would be extremely better.
Great chair for sitting long hours, very comfortable for my work. I work 8-10 hours continuously and this chair is helping me maintain proper posture and give back support.
