Are there discounts for architects and interior designers?
RedOAK is a brand committed since many years to working for the architect and interior designer community. We understand your need for customisation, differentiated designs and high quality. If you are an architect, you can simply send your BOQ or list of items with quantity and site location to care@redoak.in. We will revert with a custom discounted quotation for your client.
However, we request buyers to not expect commissions or kick-backs. RedOAK is a brand built on transparency and honesty, and we like working with architects who earn their revenue and respect for what they do best - the design and service, and do not depend on vendor commissions at the cost of their clients' budgets.

How can I get a quotation for bulk requirement?
If you have a project coming up, and need furniture from RedOAK, you can send us your BOQ or item list on email or Whatsapp, and we will revert with the best quotation for your requirement. We also customise furniture as per client specifications for project orders.

Can I get discounts for my purchase of multiple units?
Discounts on multi-unit purchase is subject to the type of product, the delivery location and other factors like any offers already running. Customers can contact the customer care to check the availability of any discounts for their intended purchase with the name of item, quantity and delivery location pincode.

Does RedOAK have a store to check the items?
We currently do not have any display area and sell online only. We do not have any retail outlets.

What does the warranty cover and not cover?
Warranty covers defects in structural members only. It does not include damages due to misuse or wear and tear or due to cleaning the wrong way. It does not include the finishing material like polish, fabric, leatherette, mesh, powdercoat, foam or any other external finish that is not a part of the core structure. The warranty also does not cover any subjective or customer-specific issues like not finding the right comfort, or having body pain or other specific issues not related to the product design.

Can I return the product if I do not like it?
We do not offer trials of products. Goods once sold on our website and delivered to customer cannot be returned for reasons such as not liking it, or not finding the product comfortable enough. The packing, transportation, assembly of furniture requires the involvement of a lot of labour and resources, so it will be irresponsible to waste resources for the need of trials. Customers are expected to be reasonably certain about a product before ordering online. Customers are free to inquire for additional information, photos or videos of any product if they need to be sure of their purchase. We encourage any number of questions from customers before purchase as we believe a well-informed customer before purchase is likely to be a happier customer after purchase.

Can I return an item if it looks different from the website images?
Website images are clicked in studio lighting with high resolution cameras. Moreover, colors may vary as per device screen also. There may always be a variation in certain colors and shades in actual product when compared to online images. We do not accept returns for reasons of minor variaton in the color or shade, because the photographs and actual product may vary due to a variety of factors.

Can i return the product if I am not able to assemble the product?
Many of our products are either DIY assembly or will need the help of a fitter / carpenter for assembly. RedOAK does not guarantee assembly service in any of the cities. However, RedOAK will try its best to assist with the assembly remotely through our customer service team. So products cannot be returned for reasons of inability to assemble. In the worst case, customers are requested to arrange a local fitter in the vicinity in case there is a problem in assembly.

What if item is damaged in transport?
RedOAK takes extra precautions for transportation. We are aware of the rough handling in transport, and the only way we can protect our products is to ensure that the packing is extra strong and thick to avoid any damage due to mishandling. RedOAK is the only online seller that uses 7-ply carton boxes for deliveries. We rarely face any complaints related to transit damage. However, in the rare case if there is a transit damage, RedOAK takes responsibility of it and ensures the customer receives a damage-free product.
